R.T. Moore is excited to announce a merger with BRS Mechanical in Tipton, Indiana. This is a monumental moment, as it’s the first time we’ve expanded through acquisition since our beginnings in 1955.
Over the past 67 years, we have steadily grown in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. By joining forces with BRS Mechanical, we gain numerous advantages. Notably, a new location on the north side of Indianapolis, allowing us to better serve our customers and expand our presence in the area. Most exciting, we will be gaining a skilled and experienced workforce.
The decision to merge with BRS Mechanical was solidified by the striking similarities between our two companies, according to Doug Moore, CEO of R.T. Moore. “We’re both multi-generation family-owned and operated companies that share the same values and culture – we’re people who are passionate about building and focused on quality,” he explained. “We’re excited to bring BRS’ talent to R.T. Moore, and expand our buying power, market share, and footprint.”
BRS president Timothy Shroeder echoed this excitement. “I’ve always respected Doug Moore and what R.T. Moore has accomplished over the years. And I want us to be part of it,”
