While earning his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Vanderbilt University, Jay Bryan bought his first home, and remodeled it. It would be first of several project homes and the spark of Bryan’s passion for construction. He brought that first-hand experience back to Indiana, earned an MBA from Purdue University, and spent more than a decade in the machine tool/manufacturing industry before joining R.T. Moore. Today, he makes an impact on our team recruiting, interviewing, and hiring field engineers, developing our future leaders and building high-performing teams.
