For 16 years, Doug Castor led talent function for all Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield-owned organizations throughout the U.S. Today, he guides the overall employee services strategy for R.T. Moore, from recruiting, to learning and development, to performance engagement. His expertise is key to helping R.T. Moore grow with intention, directing all facets of HR to meet R.T. Moore’s business needs today and tomorrow. Before joining R.T. Moore, Castor earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
