RT Moore Mechanical Contractors is expanding in the Florida Market. We are growing and with our growth we have new positions to fill!!
Established in 1955, R.T. Moore is a full-service Mechanical Contractor, serving the commercial and residential markets with plumbing, HVAC, engineering and design services.
We are looking for qualified Logistics Lead to become part of our growing team. If you are a team player who is safety conscious, this is a great opportunity for you! This role is 1st shift Monday-Friday with the possibility of working overtime.
Responsibilities
Job Qualifications:
- Precisely manage all materials on job sites
- Proficiently receive all materials on job site
- Thoroughly review all invoices to ensure accuracy of materials received
- Consistently print and complete receiving reports
- Routinely stock and organize materials
- Skillfully process returns for all unused items
Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diligently stage product for production crews
- Attentively assist PMs with minor production tasks
- A “self-starter” able to perform safely and quickly, understanding safety is priority
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes
- High School Diploma/GED & Current Driver’s License
- The ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Experience in construction trades a plus
- Enjoy interacting and cultivating relationships with colleagues and vendors
- Communicate effectively (especially in writing).
- Tackle problems head-on and develop practical solutions.
- Have a comfort level with large amounts of paperwork
- Manage the workload independently
- Have excellent time management, advanced organizational and analytical skills with strong follow-through, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently and communicate with the team when conflicts arise
