Responsibilities
- Quickly and efficiently resolve new home warranty issues.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by demonstrating RTMC core values.
- Educate and provide customers with multiple options to solve a singular problem, letting the customer decide what is best for their home and budget.
- Be highly investigative so we can get to the root of problems and provide lasting solutions.
- Contribute to a rotating on-call schedule.
- Be a team player!
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumbers License
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
- Current driver’s license & a good driving record
- Personable, excellent communicator, teamwork, and customer service skills
