The R. T. Moore Company has a professionally trained plumbing and HVAC service staff. With the latest in tools, equipment and technology, this department also has the support of the companies engineering department, giving it the ability to solve and repair the most complicated residential and light commercial service problems.
The department is split into two divisions within the department. With one side handling plumbing service and the other handling HVAC service, customers can be confident that they are getting the specialists they need to handle their service needs.
Each technician carries both two-way and cellular communications assuring that he can be contacted at a moments notice and has the ability to get any information he may need while in the field. Each truck is also tracked by GPS giving the service dispathchers the ability to coordinate each customer with the nearest technician. This not only reduces drive time from job to job, but assures that each customer gets the quickest possible service in case of an emergency.

Sewer & Water Services
The R. T. Moore Company installs site utility
(sewer & water) connections for the company’s new construction, residential and multi-family divisions. Having this department play a supporting role to the construction divisions gives us the capacity to provide a turnkey installation for new construction customers. The site utilities department also performs excavations that may be necessary during the under-slab phase of the plumbing installation process.

Accounting, purchasing, and estimating functions will stay at the company’s home base in Indianapolis, Indiana.
